The Doosan DH300 Excavator Undercarriage Track Chain is a precision-engineered track link assembly designed specifically for Doosan (Daewoo) DH300 series 30-ton class crawler excavators. As the foundational component of the undercarriage system, the track chain (also known as track link assembly) connects with track shoes, sprockets, idlers, and rollers to form a continuous track loop. This loop provides the driving force for machine movement, track tension support, and overall stability.

Manufactured from high-grade alloy steels such as 35MnB or 40Mn2 through precision forging, CNC machining, and induction hardening processes, this track chain delivers exceptional strength, toughness, and wear resistance. The chain features 203mm pitch (bushing center to bushing center), 66.8mm track bushing diameter, and 45mm track pin diameter, with a standard 48-link configuration. The surface hardness reaches HRC 53-58 with a hardened depth of 4-10mm.

Each link is forged for internal density and CNC-machined to ensure tight tolerances, with pins and bushings induction-hardened and fitted with grease or oil seals to minimize internal wear.
