The High Strength Liugong Excavator Slewing Bearing (also known as swing bearing, slewing ring, or turntable bearing) is a precision-engineered core component designed specifically for LiuGong (Liugong) CLG series hydraulic excavators. As the critical connection between the upper structure (cab, boom, and arm) and the undercarriage (traveling device), the slewing bearing enables the excavator to rotate left and right smoothly, transmitting axial and radial forces simultaneously while withstanding high tilting moments. This allows the platform to rotate relative to the traveling device and drives the working attachment to rotate around its central axis.

Manufactured from high-grade 50Mn or 42CrMo forged steel through precision heat treatment processes, this slewing bearing delivers exceptional load capacity, structural integrity, and fatigue resistance. The raceway hardness is consistently maintained within the HRC 55–62 range with a hardening depth of 3-5mm, ensuring outstanding wear resistance, low friction, and extended service life. The bearing features a nylon cage/retainer design that provides smooth, quiet operation and reduced maintenance requirements.

Available in both single-row four-point contact ball and single-row cross roller configurations, with internal or external gear options, these slewing bearings are precision-matched to a wide range of LiuGong excavator models from 4-ton to 40-ton classes.
